Express Scripts Names Dr. Dorian Lo as President of Express Scripts Canada; Michael Biskey to retire in First Quarter of 2019

MISSISSAUGA, ON, December 6, 2018 – Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ: ESRX) today announced Michael Biskey will retire as President, Express Scripts Canada in first quarter 2019. Dr. Dorian Lo, a Canadian physician and highly accomplished senior executive, has been named as Mr. Biskey’s successor. Mr. Biskey and Dr. Lo will work together to ensure a smooth leadership transition. ; Mr. Biskey led the transformation of Express Scripts Canada from a claims adjudicator to the leading Canadian Pharmacy Benefit Management company, leveraging its adjudication platform to introduce new, innovative pharmacy related services to help insurers, plan sponsors and plan members better manage their pharmacy benefits

Dr. Lo has deep Canadian and international experience in healthcare, pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management. As the Managing Director of Group Strategy & Healthcare, Dr. Lo is currently launching a next generation integrated healthcare system in Indonesia. Prior to his current role, Dr. Lo led Shoppers Drug Mart’s retail pharmacy business as EVP, Pharmacy and Healthcare. Dr. Lo also served as Chief Medical Officer, Health Plans for US based Medco Health Solutions, a leading provider of Pharmacy Benefits Management and pharmacy services, which Express Scripts acquired in 2012.
